Test Subscription Product

I agree to pay Downunder Horsemanship, Inc. the recurring fees as chosen above. I agree that Downunder Horsemanship will have continuous authority to charge my credit or debit card with the amount above at the intervals stated effective immediately upon receipt of this form. I understand that I am agreeing to pay for a No Worries Club membership for one year. If after one year I decided to decline my membership status, I will contact the Downunder Horsemanship office by phone or email to cancel within 14 days after the renewal date and owe nothing. If I do not cancel within that time frame, I agree to be a member for another year until the membership renews. I am 18 years of age or older, or I have the consent of my parent or legal guardian to sign up for a No Worries Club membership.
