We’re sure you’re going to love the products you purchase from us, but in case something goes wrong, here’s what you need to know. Our products, with the exception of those listed below, have a 14-day return policy, which begins the day after you receive the goods. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, please contact us within 14 days at [email protected] or call 888-287-7432 to arrange a return.
Returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip or receipt. No exceptions. Shipping and processing charges as well as a 10% restock fee will apply to returns. Shipping and processing charges will apply to all exchanges.
Downunder Horsemanship warrants products to be free of defects. Defective products may be exchanged for the same product within 14 days from verified delivery. Our limited warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and/or materials only. It does not cover normal wear and tear. Any adjustments or alterations to tack will automatically void the warranty. Final disposition is at the discretion of Downunder Horsemanship.
Once the seal on any DVD series or training kit is broken, it is not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective. Defective DVDs may be returned with your proof of purchase for exchange of the same product.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on clearance or discontinued items.
Ticket purchases, shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.
Digital Download Return Policy
All sales of digital training kits and videos are final. No returns will be accepted. No exceptions.
Saddle Return Policy
It is important that your new saddle fits you and your horse and that you are satisfied with your purchase. When your saddle arrives, inspect it with care. Then saddle your horse, using a clean saddle pad, and make sure you’re satisfied with the quality and fit of it.
If you are not satisfied, please call us immediately for a return or exchange. Full credit will only be given if there are no signs of wear, dirt or use to the saddle. ALL labels or tags must accompany a returned saddle.
We must be notified within 5 days after you receive the saddle that you intend to return it, and we must receive the saddle within 10 days of notification. Please return saddles unused and with all components for a refund or exchange.
A full refund will only be given if the saddle is clean and shows no evidence of use. All unauthorized returns may result in a restocking fee or denial of a refund. Shipping fees on returns are at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded. Downunder Horsemanship is not responsible for any damages that occur during the process of a return. All custom ordered saddles are not returnable unless defective or an error on our part.
